About 3 weeks before the engagement shoot with Kristen and Joey, I had gone on a hike with a few of my buddies. Along the way, I saw this sign. It was obvious that I had to incorporate it into one of my shoots. The sign belonged to Heart n’ Soul Cafe, in Green Valley. This engagement shoot ended up being an adventure. We would drive 5 miles, then pull off the road if we saw something that we liked and then hop back in the car. We repeated this step several times. I have to say though Kristen, Joey, Ryder and Carissa were good sports about it. They were up for anything, and I think the photos reflect that.
